Welcome to the first Ask the Shop Teacher blog. This is going to fun. So what is Ask the Shop Teacher anyway? It is a membership based venture that focus on helping home based woodworkers improve their skill through a hard copy newsletter that arrives in the post, a audio CD interview with an expert in the Field or product manufacture and a members only website that will have Q&A forums, Free Plans, photo gallery and great woodworking how-to information.
This blog will follow the process of this creation. The idea came from a mastermind meeting (email me if you are unclear on what that is)that I was attending. It was one of those time when someone says' hey what about ...' and away we went. I was off with the idea.
This is now 3 months later and we are closer than last week to launch. But I work full time (Shop Teacher), have 3 kids under 7, volunteer at my community center, oh have a wonderful wife, and this. I am not sure when or how I sleep some days. But we all have reasons for the crazy things that we do- right!
Now we know where the idea come from, what do you think about the idea? I would love to hear your comments.
